Our services are free for renters in Maryland. Landlords cover our fees. The only potential charge is a Zillow application fee, applicable only if you decide to submit one for a unit shown by our agents. Once submitted, the application is valid for any of our available units, with no additional fees!

We’ve got a straightforward six-step system to help you secure your ideal apartment rental:

Schedule: Once you find a suitable vacancy, schedule a showing through our online system.
See: Check out the unit with our friendly agents, who are ready to answer your questions.
Submit: If you’re keen on the place, submit your application online.
Secure: Upon approval, submit the deposit to secure the apartment until your move date.
Sign: Set a time to sign the lease, pay the first month’s rent, and grab your keys!

Plan! Start 30-45 days before your move. If you begin earlier, the listed properties might be taken. Don’t stress; we post new vacancies regularly.

We hold showings on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our agents will give you a call and send out text to keep you updated on our next showing date and time.

Typically, an income of 3 times the rent is standard. If you fall short, we might still secure approval with an increased deposit, cosigner, or alternative methods.

Have a photo ID and proof of income ready. Response time is around 24 to 48 hours, but sometimes as fast as 1 hour!

Generally, a security deposit (1st month’s rent) and the first month’s rent. If you have a pet, additional pet fees may apply. For mid-month moves, landlords often prorate the rent.
